Normally, employers post their projects and freelancers apply to these projects. But, when it comes to working in the gig economy, sometimes employers can also be freelancers,  and vice-versa. This is why we allow all our users to post jobs they need help with and apply to ones that they believe they, or their team, have the right skills for.

On top of that, our digital navigator program rewards anyone who brings the winning candidate to the network, motivating anyone who knows the person or team that would be a best fit for the project to recruit them!

Terms Negotiation.

After a candidate is chosen, it’s important that both parties agree on the terms for the project before the official assignment.

At this time, employers and project respondents can negotiate with each other until they are both satisfied with the terms.

We have Escrow and Milestone Payments in place  to ensure all parties are protected.

For each agreed project you can hold milestone payments in escrow until the work ends (via Stripe Connect).

On completed projects, the money held in escrow minus any site commissions will be automatically transferred to the freelancer. On projects that fail to be completed, employers are automatically refunded.

Once both parties have agreed on and finalized the work terms head over to your Project Management tab on your main network profile to launch a project workspace and invite everyone involved to join.

If you know the exact time for your meeting, select the “when” tab to add in that specific date and time.

However, often when you are scheduling a meeting with a group there is a lot of back and forth trying to line up everyone’s availability. Save time and just start with input  your available times, you can put up to 3 a day.

You then invite your attendees and have everyone pick the times that work best for them, until you are left with the time that works for everyone!

  • 9% revenue share from the transaction.
